Enhanced Adhesion and VersatilityThe textured PEI surface provides strong adhesion for various materials, ensuring that prints stay in place during the printing process. This surface is particularly beneficial for printing with high-adhesion filaments like PETG, CPE, and flexible materials such as TPEE/TPU. The textured finish also transfers to the bottom of the prints, adding a distinctive appearance.Durability and MaintenanceThe powder-coated surface is hard to damage, making it suitable for extensive use. However, it's important to note that the sheet is not scratch-resistant. To maintain optimal performance, clean the print sheet with approximately 90% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or denatured alcohol when cold. Avoid using acetone, as it can create microfractures in the PEI texture, leading to surface deterioration over time.Compatibility and Usage TipsThis print sheet is compatible with Original Prusa i3 MK3/S/+, MK2.5/S, MK4, and CORE X printers. It is not compatible with MINI, MINI+, SL1, or CW1 printers. When switching from a smooth PEI sheet, it's recommended to adjust the Live Adjust Z setting to accommodate the different surface texture. Additionally, for PLA prints with a small contact area, using a brim may help prevent warping.
