PrimaCreator Super-PFA Film Sheet for 3D Printers     High quality PrimaCreator SPFA film sheets.   PrimaCreator Super-PFA is a multi-layer PFA composite film developed for large size resin 3D-printers.   The surface of SPFA effectively prevent electrostatic adsorption and adhesion, reducing the release force. This greatly improves the success rate when used in printers with bigger screens.   Less release force also reduces the wear on the printer itself, since it's easier to overcome with each movement cycle. We recommend using SPFA on printers with screens from 8.9' and larger.   The SPFA film itself has a much longer lifespan than the other films due to less stress and bending motions. This is especially noticeable on bigger printers where SPFA can last up to 10 times longer than regular FEP.   SPFA can withstand temperatures of up to 300°C, with a recommended long time operating temperature of up to 260°C. This can be compared to regular FEP film which typically can't handle temperatures above 200°C.   To protect the sheet from wrinkles and scratches, each sheet comes with a protective film on both sides and are packaged in a protective envelope.   The sheets fits most 3D-printers using ~13" LCDs / 9" LCDs Specifications: Size: 260x390mm 13" LCDs / 200 x 270 mm 9" LCDs Thickness: 0,3mm Light Transmittance: 91-94% Maximum temperature: 300°C Maximum operating temperature: 260°C 1 sheet / package     Compatible with: Most 3D-printers using ~13" / 9" LCDs.   Please remove the blue protective film from the SPFA sheet before use. Install the SPFA sheet with this side facing upwards towards the inside of the resin tank, and the side without protective film facing downwards towards the UV-light source.
